<p>This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Construction Services.<br />

This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.101, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. <p>Requirement Description:&nbsp;The&nbsp;Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform preventative maintenance and apply pavement markings to base roads and parking lots. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the&nbsp;Engineer&#39;s&nbsp;Plan set, and all other standards specified in the contract.</p>

<p>Delivery and Acceptance:&nbsp;Delivery and acceptance shall be at Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707.</p>

<p>Period of Performance: 365 Days after Notice to Proceed</p>

<p>Site Visit: An organized site visit for this requirement will occur on <u><strong>28 July 2026 at 1:30 PM Local time</strong></u>. The site visit will be held at 5884 A Street, Alpena MI, 49707 in the Building 2 (CE) Conference Room. This will be the <u><strong>only</strong></u>&nbsp;site visit. No other site visits will be conducted.</p>
