<p>Questions and Quotes shall be submitted via email to Janice King at janice.king@usda.gov AND to Lucas Dahlman at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov by the established due dates and times.</p>

<p>Description of Work:&nbsp;&nbsp;The proposed project&#39;s goal is to improve the site amenities&nbsp;and reduce deferred maintenance at the Timpas Picnic Ground near Timpas, Colorado:</p>

<p><strong>a. Base Bid Items - the proposed project includes and should be done in the<br />
following order:</strong><br />
i. Installation of new picnic ground pathways.<br />
ii. Replace pedestal grills.</p>

<p>iii. Improve interpretive elements.<br />
iv. Improve parking area.<br />
