<p>This is a Brand Name requirement for one (1) Hexagon Global S Scan+ 12.15.10 CMM with Installation and Trade-In. All offerors (i.e. the vendor that will receive the award payment) must be an authorized reseller or distributor for the original equipment manuafacturer to be considered for award.&nbsp;</p>

<p>ALL OFFERORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.&nbsp;</p>
