Honda Outboard Engines and Propellers Procure and Replace, DFSP Hachinohe

<p>The solicitation Amendment 0001 is issued to provide the Government responses to questions received.</p>

<p>The Contractor shall procure and replace two (2) brand-name Honda outboard engines and corresponding stainless-steel propellers to restore a SeaArk Metal Craft Oil Spill Response Utility Boat to full operational functionality at DFSP Hachinohe, Japan.</p>

<p>This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042 (Authorization to Perform).&nbsp; Prime Contractors located outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates the Offeror&#39;s compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 (e.g. proof of incorporation) as part of their quotation.&nbsp;</p>
