Vendor Questions and Answers
Does an individual SBA waiver to the nonmanufacturer rule apply to this procurement? If no waiver applies, must an SDVOSB nonmanufacturer provide a product manufactured by a qualifying domestic small-business manufacturer?
As long as the product is manufactured by a small business manufacturer.
