<p>The U.S. Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Chancery Boilers Preventative Maintenance Services.</p>

<p>The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract.</p>

<p></p>

<p>Companies interested in the solicitation shall review the Solicitation document and Statement of work attached and send a quote via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than <strong>August 10th, 2026</strong><strong> </strong>using the solicitation name &ldquo;<strong>Chancery Boiler Maintenance, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia,</strong> <strong>19HR9026Q0013</strong>&rdquo;<strong> </strong>in the subject line.</p>

<p><strong>DO NOT TELEPHONE</strong>. All requests for a copy of the solicitation <strong>MUST </strong>include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.</p>

<p>The solicitation package will <strong>only be available in the English language</strong>. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.</p>
