Broadcasting equipment required for Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC)

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), FAR overhaul, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>Solicitation number 70FA5026Q00000007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for [Broadcasting equipment required for Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC); 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135.</p>

<p>This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.</p>

<p>This contract is a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System - DPAS (DPAS (15 CFR 700) The contractor shall provide the requested products in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.</p>

<p>Brand name requirements: MWEOC has standardized broadcast television&nbsp;systems to maintain parity with existing equipment, Mission Partner (MP) functions, and to meet the Government&rsquo;s broadcast television, television control room automation, and control related computing requirements (increase security posture, and efficiency). Brand name is required; no substitutions in product or quantity.</p>

<p>Delivery shall be to Mount Weather Emergency Operations, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135</p>

<p>Response times. All offers (Quotations) are due no later than Friday, July 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.</p>
