<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>Solicitation number F3G3JF6098A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP)&nbsp;for&nbsp;B225 HVAC Replacement.</p>

<p>This acquisition is&nbsp;set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at&nbsp;www.acquisition.gov.</p>

<p>CLIN 0001-&nbsp; Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the HVAC Replacement at building 225 as defined in the Statement of Work.</p>

<p>a.&nbsp; Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt.</p>

<p>d. In accordance with R-DFARS 236.204(iii), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.</p>
