The proposed acquisition is Unrestricted for Full and Open competition for&nbsp;PolyTray Entr&eacute;e Items to be utilized within the Unitized Group Ration &ndash; H&amp;S &amp; UGR-E programs. Delivery is FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA.</p>
