USCG Sector Field Office Southwest Harbor - Major Maintenance and Repair Galley and Housing

<p>The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for Major Maintenance &amp; Repair (M&amp;R) at USCG Sector Field Office, Southwest Harbor, ME including repairs to building exterior of the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and the Galley Building.</p>

<p>This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 300 Calendar Days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The bid opening date is scheduled for 09/10/2026 at 2:00 pm.</p>
