Portable Optical Emission Spectroscopy Testing System

<p>This is a solicitation notice for one (1) Portable Optical Emission Spectroscopy System in accordance with the Item Description. This is a set aside 100% for a small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK.</p>

<p>Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.</p>

<p>Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.</p>

<p>When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following:</p>

<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please complete Company Information (Name &amp; Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a.</p>

<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively.</p>

<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount &amp; delivery times</p>

<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Please complete information in all &ldquo;Fill-in&rdquo; provisions and clauses, especially:</p>
