<p>Enclosed is the Request for Quotations (RFQ) for&nbsp;<strong>Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)</strong>.&nbsp; If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions at the bottom of the RFQ document. Please send the complete documentation requested in the RFQ document, as well as the completed SF-18 form.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a quote that is deemed as the best value to the U.S. Government. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.</p>

<p>Quotations are due by&nbsp;<strong>16:00h (CEST) on August 24th, 2026.</strong>&nbsp;No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.</p>

<p>Your quotation must be submitted electronically to&nbsp;<em><strong>PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov.</strong></em>&nbsp;It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific format; in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.</p>
