Enterprise Centralized Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Program

<p>The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeks a qualified contractor to provide&nbsp;maintenance, repair, replacement, modernization, and lifecycle management services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a small business set aside with the&nbsp;North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated for this requirement is: 811310 -&nbsp;Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance</p>

<p>The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without conducting discussions.</p>

<p>Therefore,Quoters are encouraged to submit their best technical and pricing terms in their initial quotation.</p>

<p>The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer.</p>

<p>Please refer to the SF 1449 - Instructions to Quoter for submission instructions.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Questions shall be submitted on Attachment 4 and due by 7 Aug 26 no later than 2:00pm EST</p>

<p>Submission of Quotes due by 28 Aug 26 no later than 11:00am EST</p>

<p>The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein.The Contractor&#39;s quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFQ.&nbsp;</p>
