<p>**This Solicitation has been amended with a proposal due date of October 15th 2026. The Solicitation and attachments: Section L, Section M, Ordering Procedures, Attachment 14 Worksheet, Clauses, and Minimum Award Guarantee have been updated. See amendment FA821326RB0050002 and the other attachments listed in this notice.</p>

<p>***In response to vendor feedback the USAF offers the below clarification:</p>

<p>1. The minimum and maximum order limitations, FAR 52.216-19 Order Limitations, is specific to each offeroror&#39;s award. These min and max quantities may or may not be the same for offerors.</p>

<p>2. Offerors must bid to all price/quantity bands. Offerors should include any additional schedule required for top quantity bands in their general terms and conditions of bid.</p>

<p>This Solicitation to establish a Multiaward Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a 5 year ordering period with a 6th year option ordering period. This is a firm fixed price requirement for production of MJU-76/B Thrusted Flare for USG and FMS. The Government anticipates the first Delivery Order to be a buy-to-budget acquisition, IAW 10 USC 2308. Future delivery orders may also be buy-to budget acquisitions.</p>

This solicitation is anticipated to be other than full and open competition with limited sources, FAR 6.302-1, Armtec and Chemring (CAGE: 3DU30&amp; Z3487, respectively).&nbsp;All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.</p>

<p>Offerors must have a valid U.S. security clearance of Secret or higher in order to respond to this RFP, because the RFP includes information classified at the Secret level which will be released only to offerors possessing the appropriate clearance. All classified material must be handled in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) (DoD5220-22-M) and Industrial Security Regulation (DoD 5220.22-R).</p>
