Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Air Mobility Command Surgeon General (AMC SG) SOAR Public Health Emergency Exercise and Training

Description
<p>The purpose of this memorandum is to inform all interested vendors and contractors <br />
registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) that, in accordance <br />
with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii), the <br />
763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) intends to pursue a sole-source award for <br />
the AMC SG SOAR Public Health Emergency Exercise and Training requirement.</p>
<p>Air Mobility Command Surgeon General (AMC SG) has a need for SOAR Public Health <br />
Emergency Exercise and Training. The two-day training and exercise event is designed to <br />
assess Air Force medical Groups (MDG) and train MDG personnel on HMS program <br />
capabilities with a two-day focus on the ability to respond to a biological attack or a <br />
naturally occurring outbreak resulting in a public health emergency. All training and <br />
exercise events are designed to operationalize the use of the Air Force’s Response <br />
Training and Assessment Program (RTAP) material and to reinforce the use of RTAP <br />
tools with disaster team chiefs. Training and exercise events are based on public health <br />
emergency requirements and expected capabilities in the Department of Defense (DOD) <br />
and USAF guidelines to include Defense Health Agency (DHA). The required training <br />
will take place from 29 July 2026 – 17 August 2026. </p>
