Procurement of Printing Service for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam

<p>This solicitation seeks proposals for printing services for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi and its agencies under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period November 2026 through December 2030. The Contractor must have extensive experience providing printing services and be capable of delivering high-quality work in accordance with the technical requirements outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package.</p>

<p>The Contractor shall submit a quotation inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any other anticipated charges. The quotation must address all elements of this Statement of Work (SOW) and demonstrate the Contractor&#39;s ability to provide qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources to perform the required work.</p>

<p>Your quotation must be submitted electronically to HanoiGSOProcurement@state.gov no later than October 22, 2026, at 17:00 local time. Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted in English; incomplete proposals will not be considered.</p>

<p>Any questions regarding this RFQ please submit HanoiGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before October 12, 2026 at 17:00 local time. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered. Answers from the Embassy will be issued no later than October 15, 2026 local time.</p>

<p>The U.S. Government intends to establish the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation that meets all solicitation requirements. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days and must include all applicable taxes and other charges relevant to the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam.</p>

<p>We intend to award the BPA based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. However, we reserve the right to hold discussions with companies within the competitive range, should the need arise.</p>
