Instructor Bay Furniture

<p>The 346th Training Squadron (346 TRS) located at Port Hueneme, CA, requires the delivery, assembly, and installation of new<br />
office furniture to building 1423.&nbsp;The contractor shall be responsible for breaking down and removing old furniture. The<br />
government will be responsible for ensuring existing workspaces are cleared of all belongings prior to arrival of the contractor<br />
team. The contractor shall deliver and install new furniture to building 1423. The contractor shall install electrical components<br />
in new panel furniture that will connect to existing power located in room 110. The furniture shall be traditional styling in a<br />
sterling ash finish. Hardware (pulls, knobs, etc.) shall be finished with polished chrome. All tack board fabric shall be finished in<br />
gray mix interlude. All trim shall be black in color. All grommets shall be gray in color. The government will not exercise any<br />
supervision or control over the contract service providers performing replacement of furniture. Such contract service providers<br />
shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who in turn is responsible to the government. The requirement will be performed<br />
in accordance with the Salient Characteristics provided by the unit.</p>
