<p>Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting for Brand Name OEM &quot;Lake Shore Systems Inc. dba Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group&quot; - Feed Tank Assembly Part(s).</p>

<p>This requirement is a Brand Name&nbsp;OEM &quot;Lake Shore Systems Inc. dba Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group&quot; procurement because they are the only authorized OEM via technical manual S9593-DL-MMA-010 FIG &amp; INDEX. NO. 7-2-1 THRU 7-2-26. The aforementioned OEM owns the designs, specifications, and quality control/inspection standards of the requested feed tank assembly supplies.</p>

<p>Interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.</p>

<p>Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with&nbsp;RFO 12.203. The Government will select the most&nbsp;advantageous&nbsp;offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.</p>
