Building Maintenance Services for the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama

<p>Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.</p>

<p>The Government may award&nbsp;<strong>Purchase Order with Base Year plus four one-year option periods</strong>&nbsp;based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price.</p>

<p>The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.</p>
