PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE<br />
ATTENTION VENDORS: TO FIND OUT WHETHER A DISTRICT WILL ISSUE ASOLICITATION FOR TREATMENT SERVICES, CONTACT THE CHIEF PROBATION OR<br />

The federal Judiciary intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket PurchaseAgreements. Generally, the procurement of these services occurs during the summer months; however, procurement may occur at any timethroughout the year depending on the needs of the district. Solicitationsfor Blanket Purchase Agreements may be issued for districts in the UnitedStates and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia,Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.<br />
Required Treatment Services <u>may</u> include NAICS codes:<br />
621420 &ndash; outpatient mental health and substance abuse centers,<br />
623220 &ndash; residential mental health and substance abuse treatment,,<br />
621999 &ndash; all other miscellaneous ambulatory health care services,<br />
624190 &ndash; other individual and family services,<br />
These are not limited to: urine collection, counseling (to include mental health,substance use, and or/sex offense treatment), physical examinations, outpatientand inpatient detoxification, medication, short and long term residential treatment, medically managed treatment and transportation. These are examples of the types of services that may be procured. The solicitation for Blanket Purchase Agreements would identify the specific services and requirements the offeror would be required to provide.<br />
Place of Contract Performance:<br />
The United States and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia,Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.</p>
