The purpose of this amendment is to-<br />
(1) extend the due date of solicitations by 4 days from 27 Aug 2026 to 31 Aug 2026.<br />
(2) include the Questions and Answers attachment.<br />
(3) provide additional shipping options for vendors.</p>

<p><em><u><strong>Amendment 1-</strong></u></em><br />
The purpose of this amendment is to-&nbsp;<br />
(1)&nbsp;correct the currency requested for the quote from JPY to USD.<br />
(2) provide a delivery address for the shipment of the products requested.<br />
(3) clarify the &quot;Shipping cost should be included in the total quoted price.&quot;</p>
