This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN.<br />
Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to<br />
award.</p>

Quotation for this solicitation must be on an &quot;ALL or NONE&quot; basis. Partial or incomplete quotations are ineligible<br />
for award. Award will be made to the responsible quoter which is considered the most advantageous to the<br />
Government.</p>

Quoters may request clarification of any specification or contract term. No verbal requests for information will be<br />
accepted by the Contracting Officer or his/her Technical Representative. Quoter&#39;s questions must be submitted to<br />
the Contract Specialist in writing via email: Masanori.Rokutan2.LN@us.navy.mil. All requests for clarification on the<br />
subject solicitation shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist by 17 AUG 2026, 04:00 P.M. Japan Time.</p>
