<p>Purpose:</p>

<p>a) To incorporate Governents response to Pre-proposal RFIs,</p>

<p>b) Change NAICS code from 236220 to 238220&nbsp; &amp; Size standard from $45.0M to 19.0M.</p>

<p>c) change proposal due date from 10-16-2026 to 11-03-2026.</p>

<p>d) Final RFIs for Government response are due 10-20-2026 by 2PM CST.</p>

<p>e) Replace design manual with plumbing manual.</p>

<p>f) Incorporate revised specifications.</p>

<p>g) Update Wage Determination for STL&nbsp; MO</p>

<p>Due to the volume of RFIs recieved, a copy of an updated solicitation has been uploaded to address non-technocal RFIs.
