<p>Solicitation number W912D0-27-Q-A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 11th Airborne Division Historian and Coordination Support Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.&nbsp; This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.&nbsp; The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at&nbsp;www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.</p>

<p>This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $24.5 million.</p>

<p>See addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation provision in the Solicitation for the evaluation criteria of a complete quote.</p>

<p><strong>As outlined in the solicitation, all questions or concerns shall be submitted in writing no later than 1000 AKDT on 15 October 2026.</strong></p>
