<p>Requirement is for Semi-Annual Inspection, Certification<br />
and Minor Repairs for Lightning Protection System at the<br />
KC VA Medical Center located at 4801 East Linwood Boulevard<br />
Kansas City, MO 64128.<br />
This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price base year award<br />
with 4 (Four) option years. POP: 08/15/2026 to 08/14/2031.<br />
These services will be performed as detailed within the<br />
Performance Work Statement.<br />
This solicitation is being issued as a Total Set-Aside for<br />
SDVOSB concerns. If award can not be made, the solicitation<br />
will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited.<br />
IMPORTANT: Please refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1<br />
Instructions to Offerors for additional information.<br />
