IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO15) intends to award a one-time purchase, sole source firm fixed price contract pursuant to:<br />
- FAR 11.105, Items Particular to One Manufacturer.<br />
- VAAR 819.7008, Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.</p>

The General Electric CASE V7 Stress Test System is required by the St. Louis VA Cardiology Department to evaluate cardiac function and assess the risk of coronary artery disease while a patient is undergoing physical exercise.</p>
