<p><strong>Competition Status:</strong> The government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition.</p>

<p><strong>Expected Release:</strong> The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is expected to be posted within the next month. However, the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. The actual solicitation will be posted separately along with all remaining attachments and detailed instructions at a later date.</p>
