<p><u><strong>Specialty Cleaning - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).</strong></u></p>

<p>Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Specialty Cleaning Services BPA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS.) Please see Attachment 1 - Specialty Cleaning BPA PWS for a complete description of services.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. &nbsp;Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).</p>
