<p><strong>Title</strong>: NAF Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Description</strong>: This project is to provide an adequately sized and configured Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center is required to support the operational functions of the Outdoor Recreational Center, Equipment Rental, and Information Office. The facility will provide classrooms, retail/rental area, office spaces, equipment storage and maintenance, and multi-purpose space.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.</p>

<p><strong>08 April 2026</strong> - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet are attached.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>01 June 2026</strong> - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.</p>

<p><strong>18 June 2026</strong> - The Government anticipates extending the bid due date. The extension will be effected via an amendment to the solicitation, and the new deadline will be 3-4 weeks after all RFI responses have been posted. Offerors should continue to monitor SAM/PIEE for the official notification.</p>

<p><strong>25 June 2026</strong> - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.</p>

<p><strong>26 June 2026 - Amendment 0001</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to make changes resulting from the Requests for Information.</p>

<p><strong>30 June 2026 - Amendment 0002</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to make changes resulting from the Requests for Information and extend the bid due date.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>24 July 2026 </strong>- The Bid Abstract is attached.&nbsp;<br />
