Cottonwood Fuel Break Stewardship IRSC BPA Call - Region 6, Fremont-Winema National Forest, Lakeview Ranger District, Lakeview, Oregon

<p><strong><u>Amendment 001:</u></strong> <strong>7/23/2026: Amends Appendix A to add specifications for sugar and western white pine. Adds site visit Q&amp;As and sign in sheet. See Attachments for A001 SF30 and site visit documents.</strong></p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with <u>FAR 12</u>. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation <u><strong>will not</strong></u> be issued.</p>

<p>Solicitation number 12363N26Q4110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).&nbsp; <u><strong>Award shall be made under the R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA. Only current BPA holders are eligible to submit quotes.</strong></u> Quotes received from vendors that have not been awarded a R6 Pacific Northwest Stewardship BPA will be rejected; no evaluation of the submitted documents will be performed.</p>

<p>The objectives of this project are to advance EO 14225, Immediate Expansion of American Timber Production, and the USDA&#39;s National Active Forest Management Strategy. To increase forest health and vigor and to remove hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire .</p>

<p>This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at <u>www.acquisition.gov</u>.</p>

<p>The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 113310 &ndash;logging, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The product service code is F014. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)<em> </em>contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency, and shall be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation.</p>
