<p>-This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract between the United States Forest Service and the prospective vendor</p>

<p>-Vendors will have an active System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov account at the time of award and provide the sam.gov Unique Identity Identifier (UEI) in their responses.</p>

<p>-Payment is only made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) at: https://www.ipp.for.fiscal.treasury.gov</p>

<p>-Vendors responding to this solicitation shall submit their quote in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR 52.212-1. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2, the criteria for evaluations are (1) Price (2) Satisfactory Past Performance (Exhibit A). The basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)</p>

<p>-This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current version of the FAR and other applicable laws.</p>
