USCG Cutter Eagle New Dredging for Berthing at New London City Pier

<p>The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for USCG Cutter Eagle Berth - New Dredging at New London&rsquo;s City Pier.&nbsp; The project intent is to deepen the berthing area to allow tug boats to assist the cutter for mooring/unmooring at all tide levels, dredging to a depth of -17.0&rsquo; at Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW).</p>

<p>This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction&nbsp;with a small business size standard of $37.0 million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 300 Calendar Days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The bid opening date is scheduled for 09/10/2026 at 2:00 pm.</p>
