<p>The Embassy of the United States of America, The Hague, invites qualified&nbsp;offerors to submit their most competitive quotation for the supply and delivery of&nbsp;one (1) Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in accordance with the specifications and&nbsp;requirements outlined below. This acquisition is conducted under Simplified&nbsp;Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), as the estimated value falls within the<br />
Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and is set aside for full and open competition.</p>

<p>Offerors must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications. Offerors&nbsp;must read this RFQ, including all incorporated provisions and clauses, in its&nbsp;entirety before submitting an offer.</p>
