<p><strong>AMENDMENT 1 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS - SEE ATTACHMENT</strong></p>

<p><strong>HIGHLIGHT:</strong></p>

<p><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;CLARIFICATION: 300 ROOMS FOR NIGHTS 1, 2, and 3. &amp; 250 ROOMS FOR NIGHT 4</strong></p>

<p><strong>2.&nbsp; &nbsp;Yes, overflow lodging arrangements at a nearby affiliated hotel will be acceptable.</strong></p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being&nbsp;requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the FSA&nbsp; OBBBA Texas Training.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 721110. The small&nbsp; business size standard is $40 million. This acquisition is Unrestricted- Full and Open Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) is conducting an&nbsp;employee training. It is required to obtain a room block for lodging, conference space, and audiovisual equipment as outlined in Appendix A of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for&nbsp;approximately 360 participants.&nbsp;</p>

The Government will look at the available options for a single location in College Station, Texas.&nbsp;<br />
The hotel must be able to have lodging availability for approximately 360 participants within the&nbsp;<br />
same hotel that the conference will take place for the dates of August 24-28, 2026. The conference&nbsp;<br />
dates will take place August 25-27, 2026.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Questions are to be submitted NLT July 22, 2026 at 12:00PM&nbsp; EST.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Quotes are due July 29, 2026 at 12:00PM EST.&nbsp;</p>
