Paver grouting project

<p>The purpose of this solicitation is to define the requirements for the complete removal and&nbsp;replacement of all defective grout joints in stone flooring and paving throughout the U.S.&nbsp;Embassy compound. The work includes removal of improperly installed grout and sand fill, joint&nbsp;preparation, resetting of loose pavers, installation of expansion joints, application of&nbsp;specification-compliant grout to full depth, and sealing of limestone surfaces. The project aims to&nbsp;restore safety, eliminate trip hazards, prevent further deterioration of stone pavers, and ensure&nbsp;long-term structural integrity in accordance with U.S. Department of State (DoS), International&nbsp;Building Code (IBC), original construction specifications, and local Paraguayan regulations.</p>
