European Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) Services

<p><strong>Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Exhibit E - QnA Round 2. &nbsp;The 01Oct26 revision attached adds Question #22 that was erroneously omitted from Amendment 0003.</strong></p>

<p>&nbsp;Amendment 0003 (Q&amp;As, revised attachements and Exhibit C) attached for Healthcare Environmental Cleaning Services in Germany.&nbsp; See Amendment 0003 for details.</p>

<p>The Defense Health Agency (DHA) requires Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (HEC) Services at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in Germany.&nbsp; HEC services are highly specialized, conforming to exacting medical industry standards for maintaining an aseptic space for the administration of healthcare ranging from clinical to surgical.&nbsp; HEC services include management activities such as planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation and submission, establishing and maintaining records, quality control, and performance management.&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) Landstuhl, Germany and its outlying health, dental and veterinary clinics (Baumholder, Kaiserslautern (Kleber/Pulaski), Wiesbaden)</li>
<li>Medical Department Activity &ndash; Bavaria (MEDDAC-B) Vilseck, Germany and its outlying health, dental and veterinary clinics (Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Ansbach, Illesheim, Stuttgart)</li>
<li>Rhine Ordinance Medical Center (ROBMC), Weilerbach, Germany</li>
</ul>

<p>All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.</p>
