<p>Naval Base Point Loma intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with PAMAS PARTIKELMESS-UND ANALYSESYSTEME GMBH (UEI C4W2ZXRD7Z33) to Calibrate PAMAS SBSS - Hydraulic fluid power Calibration of automatic-count instruments for particles suspended in liquids.&nbsp; The NAICS code is 334516. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The anticipated period of performance: 30 November 2026 to 07 December 2026.</p>

<p>This acquisition will be conducted under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), the Government intends to restrict competition to PAMAS PARTIKELMESS-UND ANALYSESYSTEME GMBH (UEI C4W2ZXRD7Z33).</p>

<p>This notice is not a request for quotations or proposals. Vendors capable of meeting the Government&rsquo;s requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration. Information received will be used to determine whether to conduct competitive procurement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due November 04, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST.</p>
