<p>NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new requirement in support of the USS HIGGINS (LCC- 76). The repair and maintenance package of work items are included as Task Group Instruction, Attachment (I) as below.</p>
