Notice of Intent to Solicit from a Single Source - Drone Training

<p>Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisitions (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order on or before August 16, 2026, to V2 Forensics, located at 1517 29th Ave Gulfport, MS 39501,using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 procedures. OAQ intends to award this sole source purchase to V2 Forensics, as there are no resellers or distributors for the required product(s), nor are there other supplies or services able to satisfy HSI requirements. This requirement is determined to be Law Enforcement Sensitive; therefore, once awarded, only a redacted Sole Source Justification will be posted in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(i)(iii).
