A&CC Asphalt & Sealing

<p>The purpose of Amendment No. 0001 is to provide<br />
additional information to all prospective<br />
offerors. This amendment incorporates the<br />
attached building diagrams identifying the<br />
locations where asphalt repair/replacement and<br />
ceiling repair/replacement are required under<br />
this solicitation.</p>

<p><br />
The attached diagrams are hereby made part of<br />
the solicitation and shall be used by offerors<br />
in preparing their proposals. Offerors are<br />
responsible for reviewing all information<br />
contained in this amendment and ensuring their<br />
proposals reflect the requirements identified<br />
in the attached diagrams.</p>

<p><br />
Except as expressly modified by this amendment,<br />
all other terms, conditions, specifications,<br />
and requirements of Solicitation No.<br />
1605C4-26-R-00018 remain unchanged and in full<br />
force and effect.</p>

<p>In addition to the attachments and the below addresses, AFM has done some measuring for the areas in question and has provided this:</p>

<p>Building 1 &ndash; Asphalt Sealing/Line Stripeing = approximately 92,000 sq. ft.</p>

<p>Buildings 2/4 &ndash; new asphalt, line stripeing, and catch basin collar rebuild (concrete) = approximately 86,500 sq. ft.</p>

<p>Building 3 &ndash; new asphalt and line stripeing = approximately 40,800 sq. ft.</p>

<p>The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for A&amp;CC Asphalt &amp; Sealing, in accordance with this&nbsp;Request for Proposal (RFP).</p>

<p>This RFP will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The required work shall be complete within 90 days of the start of the work.</p>
