USGS Three-dimensional (3D) Imaging Sonar System

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center (WHCMSC), requires a submersible, autonomous, high-resolution three-dimensional (3D) imaging sonar system to be delivered to Falmouth, MA, within 60 days from the date the contractor receives the purchase order.<br/><br/>There are no options.<br/><br/>This competitive RFQ is being issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. The anticipated award date is 09/01/2026. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order. Quotations shall be submitted to Miranda Blankenship at miranda_blankenship@ios.doi.gov no later than 1:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (ED), Tuesday, August 4, 2026.<br/><br/>The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing.
