P-8 Ground Systems (PGS) and Fly-Away Kit (FAK) Procurement

<p>SYNOPSIS -&nbsp;NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This synopsis is hereby issued&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;FAR Subpart 5.1. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intent to&nbsp;issue&nbsp;a sole source&nbsp;contract&nbsp;modification to N00421-23-G-0005 / N00421-24-F-0184 with Dayton T. Brown, Inc. of 1175 Church Street, Bohemia, New York&nbsp;using the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency&nbsp;requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
