Candid Grant Research & Management Platform Licenses

<p>The purpose of this requirement is to procure an annual subscription that provides access to the Candid database for use in the Interagency Coordination Division to use to provide non-Federal Recovery resources to survivors who may not qualify for Federal programs or in an area in which a disaster is not declared. Access to this platform would bolster Interagency Coordination Division&#39;s capacity to coordinate the programs and subject matter expertise of the Federal interagency and combine it with private sector and non-profit resources available in the Candid database. Access to this database will streamline and enhancing both the speed and efficiency in Federal Emergency Management Agency&rsquo;s ability to provide disaster recovery assistance and vital resources outside of the Federal scope and strengthen States, Localities, Tribes, and Territories, non-profits, and external stakeholders&rsquo; capabilities in restoring critical infrastructure, protecting public health and safety, and facilitating community recovery after major disasters.</p>
