<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 12445526Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for ALF Vault Toilet Replacement. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to removal of a vault toilet and replacement with a new vault toilet at Webb&#39;s Ferry boat launch on the Allegheny National Forest, Warren County, Pennsylvania. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the location before submitting a quote. A site visit is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 10am ET at the Allegheny National Forest Webbs Ferry Vault Toilet <strong>Latitude: </strong>41.99555556 <strong>Longitude: </strong>-78.96305556. <p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.&nbsp; The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at&nbsp;www.acquisition.gov.</p>

<p>The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction&nbsp;.&nbsp; The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00 &nbsp;This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>
