<p>Offers are due by email to the contracting officer (primary point of contact) and contract specialist (secondary point&nbsp;of contact) by the due date on this announcement. Emails shall contain the solicitation number in the title of the email.</p>

<p>The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work.</p>
