<p><strong>Description</strong>: Provides whole house interior and exterior modernization, renovation and repair of thirty-four (34) housing units at Yokota Air Base (O-1 to O-5 three-bedroom military family housing townhouse units).</p>

<p><strong>10 Feb 2026 - Amendment 0001</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to update paragraph (d) of FAR Provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction)(Alternate I).</p>

<p><strong>18 Feb 2026 - Amendment 0002</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the number of days listed in Clause 52.211-10 to match the number of days listed on the SF1442 and revise Notes 2 and 4 in SECTION 00 10 00.</p>

<p><strong>12 Mar 2026</strong> - The Pre Bid Conference Attendance Sheet, Pre Bid Conference Slides, and Site Visit Attendance Sheet are attached.</p>

<p><strong>23 Apr 2026 - Amendment 0003</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes resulting from the Requests for Information.</p>

<p><strong>29 Apr 2026 - Amendment 0004</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to add CMMC requirements.</p>

<p><strong>16 Jun 2026 - Amendment 0005</strong> - The purpose of this amendment is to move the bid due date to 17 Nov 2026.</p>

<p><strong>21 Jul 2026 - Amendment 0006 </strong>- The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes resulting from the Requests for Information.</p>
