Stockmore Admin Site Renovation

<p>BASE - This project is renovation work at the Forest Service Stockmore Building. Work includes window installations, exterior door installations, door hardware installations on the 2 garage closet doors, demolition work, electrical work, and remodeling work in 2 restrooms.<br />
B. OPTION #1 &ndash; Option #1 work includes the preparation, priming and painting of interior walls, ceilings, wood trim and doors.<br />
C. OPTION #2 &ndash; Option #2 work includes the installation of vinyl sheet flooring and rubber wall base in offices, halls and restrooms. Vinyl flooring shall be installed over existing tile flooring.<br />
D. OPTION #3 &ndash; Option #3 &ndash; Work includes providing and installing a water fountain in the garage to replace the original water fountain.</p>
