<p>The purpose for Amendment 1 is to correct the required delivery on the RFQ from 12 weeks to 12 months. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.</p>

<p>The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement for a&nbsp;4 Kelvin Closed Cycle Cryostat the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Requirements and Specifications docs.</p>
