<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Project: US Forest Service, International Institute of Tropical Forestry (IITF) Janitorial Services</strong></p>

<p><strong><u>This acquisition is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside</u>.</strong> <strong>The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 Janitorial Services &nbsp;</strong>The small business size standard is $ 22 million. &nbsp;All responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Award Type: </strong>It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.</p>

<p><strong>Statement of Requirement: </strong>Provide janitorial services for five (5) buildings on the IITF complex: Headquarters, Library, Conference Center, Remote Sensing laboratory (known as the GIS building) and the multi-purpose building.</p>

<p>All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, and standards. See Attachment 3, Performance Work Statements (PWS) for further information.</p>

<p><strong>Period of Performance</strong>: &nbsp;Base Year: August 16, 2026, through August 15, 2027, plus four (4) Option Years.</p>
