OGE 450 Filer Software

<p>The Contractor shall provide a secure, cloud-based, web-accessible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that enables the end-to-end electronic preparation, submission, routing, review, certification, reporting, retention, and management of OGE-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports. The solution shall support HUD OIG ethics officials and authorized users while complying with applicable Federal ethics, privacy, records management, accessibility, and cybersecurity requirements.</p>

<p>The Contractor shall furnish all labor, software, licenses, hosting, maintenance, technical support, project management, training, cybersecurity, upgrades, and related resources necessary to provide a fully operational service. The Government seeks commercial capabilities and encourages innovative commercial approaches that satisfy the performance objectives.</p>
